Mapping Architects

After learning that Black architects make up only 2% of licen​sed architects in the United States, I wanted to map the distribution of these architects across the country. I used The Directory of African American Architects as a database (as updated till August 2020) and mapped the information using QGIS.

This is part of creating resources on equity, diversity and representation for the Brown Organization for Minority Architects.
